25 mei zal het eerste reggae festival ooit gehouden worden in Arnhem.
Luxorlive zal dan het decor zijn voor vlammende optredens van zeer gerenommeerde internationale reggae artiesten. Ook zullen diverse soundsystems hun geluid laten horen en de Luxor hevig laten trillen.

NORRIS MAN:
Is een artiest die in het rijtje van Sizzla, Turbulence en Anthony b thuishoort. Heeft al een aantal succesvolle albums op zijn naam staan. Met zijn zeer energieke optredens laat hij het publiek flink uit zijn dak gaan. RDBLCK is zeer trots om hem in de line-up te hebben voor de eerste editie van dit festival.

RAY DARWIN:
Deze Jamaicaan heeft roots-reggae door zijn aderen stromen, hij leerde gitaar spelen van Horace Andy en woonde een tijd bij Max Romeo in huis. Na een aantal succesvolle singles en producties (o.a. de hit Notorious van Turbulence) is vorig jaar eindelijk zijn debuutalbum uitgekomen. Dit album was direct een succes en de kritieken waren lovend. Er wordt reikhalzend uitgekeken naar zijn 2de album genaamd "inna the road". Deze charismatische rastaman met prachtige stem weet direct de aandacht van het publiek te trekken.

KABAKA PYRAMID:
RDBLCK is zeer gelukkig dat deze artiest zijn massive tunes laat horen op ons festival. De stijl van Kabaka Pyramid wordt vaak vergeleken met die van Damian Marley. Met zijn nieuwste album "Rebel Music" heeft hij direct een flinke buzz veroorzaakt in de scene. Wij zijn zeer trots dat wij deze zeer getalenteerde artiest als eerste en enige in Nederland hebben weten te boeken.

STRAWL:
Loopt al een aantal jaren mee in de scene. Tijdens de eerste RDBLCK party liet hij al van zich horen en hoe. Ook op dit festival belooft het een zeer energieke show te worden. Binnenkort wordt zijn eerste album verwacht, iets waar de Nederlandse reggae scene al een hele poos reikhalzend naar uit kijkt.

ROOTS CONTROLAHZ:
Eén van de meest vooraanstaande reggaebands van Nederland. Zij hebben samengespeeld met onder meer Fullany en Natty King. Zij zijn deze avond de backing band en zorgen voor de lekkerste riddims.

Starline Sound:
Dit is een zeer gerespecteerd soundsystem uit Duitsland en heeft al op menig internationaal festival gestaan. Ook heeft Starline Sound met zijn dikke dubplates al menige clash gewonnen.

Fatal Sound:
Draait al een hele poos mee in de Nederlandse reggae en jungle scene. Kenmerkend voor Fatal Sound zijn de gevarieerde tunes en unieke dubplates van selector Activator.

Juxtapose Soundsystem:
Staan voor veelzijdigheid. Hun sets zijn een cross-over van verschillende genres: een mengelmoes van reggae en stromingen die daar aan verwant zijn.

Vienna is getting ready for the international higher level soundclash "WAR INNA VIENNA" - brought to you by DJ TAFF from Jahluv Sound (Gambia). He promoted his sound for over a decade and since he's living in Vienna he run a lot of remarkable events and dances. Now he tries to put it on the next level by promoting his first clash!

The two sounds upon the "musically battlefield" couldn't be more interesting:
on the one side it's the popular TIMELESS SOUND from Berlin with it's roots reaching to Gambia and on the other side it's TU-GEDDA SOUND from St.Pölten with one of the most encouraging prospects in Austria!

Rules are pretty easy - there are 3 rounds and each sound is just allowed to play dubplates & up to 4 custom-mades! If one of the sounds wins all 3 rounds, it is the winner of the clash - if not, there's gonna be a straight decision in the "Dub fi Dub"!
Who scores 5 points first in the "DFD" is finally the WINNER!!!

All points are given by the people in the crowd through showing their hands, that means that YOU are the judge! And because it should be a fair and unbiased decision, make shure you vote just for the music/performance of the sound. To check these decisions, there's gonna be a jury with 3 chosen members:
Damalistik from the mighty Roots Survival as the international part of the jury & the austrian veterans Rayna and Mogli from Vienna's very own Treasure Isle! Please consider that those 3 soundmen just count & check all the hands raised to get the decision as sharp as possible to set fair conditions for both sounds!

The host of the night is Kinetical - one of the most wanted artists/MCs in the whole country! He's the one guiding and leading you through the clash and making the people's decisions public after each point was given to one of the sounds! Before and after the "war" itself, you get entertained by Vienna's veteran puppah Mickey Kodak from Rebel-Radio and the promoter himself DJ TAFF!

Coming from the beautiful smilingcoast of Gambia in west Africa, Timeless is residing in BERLIN for a long time already, where Mighty Caster and his Sound is one of the most beloved one-man-sounds. He runs many dances and life-shows in Europe and Africa. Music is his mission to express his message all over the world - to be faithful and righteous, regardless of the colour of one's skin or race!

TU-GEDDA SOUND
(St.Pölten/AUT)
Founded in the middle of last decade, they started promoting a lot of dances and two regulars "Come-a-Yard" & "King's Tone Club" in Lower Austria. They also released the mixtape - "Picking up clear" in collaboration with jamaican artist 'Lawgiver' - and were part of the "Oneculture Camp". So since 2010 they are running their own regular, showing their skillz and knowledge all across Europe and upon their several mixtapes - from newtunes to the foundation of reggae-music!
